Frontier Networks Inc. / Frontier Networks Corp. No Resale / Rebill Attestation from CUSTOMER.

  1. Your agreement is with Frontier Networks Inc. / Frontier Networks Corp. (collectively “FRONTIER”) and not with Starlink or any of its affiliated companies. No part of the service offering is governed, supported, or maintained by Starlink. FRONTIER is the sole provider and is bound directly by its resale and rebill undertakings with Starlink.
  2. Accordingly, FRONTIER attests that the CUSTOMER may not, under any circumstances, resell, reassign, or redistribute access to the Services—whether as a standalone, integrated, or value-added solution—unless specifically authorized by Starlink and FRONTIER in writing. This includes, but is not limited to, acting as an agent, introducer, or intermediary in any form.
  3. Purchase or activation of a Starlink system through any unauthorized third party, reseller, or channel not officially recognized by FRONTIER will result in immediate suspension of service and may constitute a breach of the SERVICES AGREEMENT. Furthermore, when purchasing through an authorized reseller, all service, account management, and support shall be handled exclusively through that reseller—not through Starlink directly.
  4. While certain resale use cases such as community Wi-Fi or guest hotspots are permitted under the Starlink Priority Plan (as described in the Service Plan Descriptions provided by FRONTIER), any broader resale or rebill activity without express authorization is strictly prohibited. Violating this provision or circumventing these requirements in any way may result in the termination of service and will be considered a material breach of this agreement.
  5. Such actions are deemed likely to cause irreparable harm to FRONTIER, both directly and through damage to its contractual relationships with its carrier vendors, including but not limited to Starlink.
  6. If you do not agree to this No Resale / Rebill Attestation, you must refrain from using the services provided under this agreement with FRONTIER. By refraining from use, you will still remain bound to all commercial contracts and obligations existing between FRONTIER and you (CUSTOMER).

STARLINK ENTERPRISE SERVICES are subject to a monthly data usage limit (“Data Pool”) as defined in the SERVICES AGREEMENT. Upon depletion of the allocated Data Pool, the CUSTOMER may manage continued usage in one of two ways:

(a) If the CUSTOMER enables the “Auto Top-Up” feature via the STARLINK platform, an additional 50 GB of non-discountable data will be automatically allocated at a cost of $52.94 CDN or $ 31.76 USD per increment. This additional data is valid only for the current billing cycle and does not carry forward. Auto Top-Up charges will recur each time the Data Pool is exhausted within the same billing cycle.

(b) If the CUSTOMER disables the “Auto Top-Up” feature, data throughput will be throttled to 1 Mbps downstream and 0.5 Mbps upstream once the Data Pool is depleted. This allows the CUSTOMER to (i) request an immediate increase in data allocation by contacting FRONTIER, or (ii) utilize a CUSTOMER-managed failover connection (e.g., secondary or tertiary network link).

(c) To increase the Data Pool for the upcoming billing cycle, the CUSTOMER must notify FRONTIER in writing no later than one (1) business day prior to the 18th calendar day of the current month.
