FRONTIER recognizes that their are updates for General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR that are helpful or necessary for our users. GDPR requires more detailed disclosure about exactly how users’ personal data is handled, including any third-parties that we may share your data with.

FRONTIER does not utilize directly any third-party services for advertising, analytics, and payment processors on our own site. For payments we have an explicit payment process and structure that has been identified with you at the time that you purchased services from us. These details are available through our Master Services Agreement or MSA which can be viewed here

From time to time, and when required by or requested by proper authorities, FRONTIER may be required to collect or process data when required by law and requested by an authority of law such as in the event of a court case. These details are available to our users as they are contained in our Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) – Internet Services which outlines the Prohibited Uses of Frontier’s Network, Products and Services. It can be reviewed here and are governed in our Master Services Agreement that we noted above.
