How many SIP Channels do you need?
You need at least one SIP channel for every call happening at a given time. So, for example, 50 simultaneous calls will require 50 channels.
Your existing phone system can likely support native or software-based delivery of SIP Channels. However, for those who do not, Frontier can supply a gateway that will convert SIP Channels into the legacy interfaces supported by your phone systems.
