STARLINK ENTERPRISE SERVICES are subject to a monthly data usage limit (“Data Pool”) as defined in the SERVICES AGREEMENT. Upon depletion of the allocated Data Pool, the CUSTOMER may manage continued usage in one of two ways:
(a) If the CUSTOMER enables the “Auto Top-Up” feature via the STARLINK platform, an additional 50 GB of non-discountable data will be automatically allocated at a cost of $52.94 CDN or $ 31.76 USD per increment. This additional data is valid only for the current billing cycle and does not carry forward. Auto Top-Up charges will recur each time the Data Pool is exhausted within the same billing cycle.
(b) If the CUSTOMER disables the “Auto Top-Up” feature, data throughput will be throttled to 1 Mbps downstream and 0.5 Mbps upstream once the Data Pool is depleted. This allows the CUSTOMER to (i) request an immediate increase in data allocation by contacting FRONTIER, or (ii) utilize a CUSTOMER-managed failover connection (e.g., secondary or tertiary network link).
(c) To increase the Data Pool for the upcoming billing cycle, the CUSTOMER must notify FRONTIER in writing no later than one (1) business day prior to the 18th calendar day of the current month.
