NEEDS A
LEADER
Role: Broadband Quoting Desk Analyst
Location: Etobicoke, Ontario (Open to Teleworking Roles)
About you.
You are a person with a strong knowledge of either residential or commercial broadband access services coupled with exceptional spreadsheet skills who can identify “off-net” and “on-net” qualifications for our broadband quote team.
It would be best if you already have a suitable understanding of the various access types (ADSL, VDSL, Wireless, Fibre, etc.) and some of the underlying providers we work with (Canada USA).
The role.
We want you to have a passion for creating relationships and inspire companies and individuals who provide wholesale access services to work alongside Frontier Networks to provide exceptionally priced access services.
We think this is easy.
Frontier sells services that our prospects use today. Frontier can offer faster speeds, better and more responsive support, lower prices a large coverage area. Every sales opportunity will lead to a closed deal. We need people to help us close the gap from quote request to quote presentation. This is where you come in.
One more thing.
We have built a better network, and how we bundle and sell it to our multi-site customers is more attractive when compared to the traditional carriers in the market place.
We see a world of upside. The big guys are losing focus, and the little guys cannot scale.
Who uses us.
We sell directly to end-user customers as well as through a channel or agents and resellers. Our customers include national retailers and small, medium, and large national enterprise customers with multiple locations.
Customer support is important to us. We take every customer, large and small, seriously. We have a sophisticated ticketing system and a Network Operations Centre (NOC) that operates 24 hours a day – 365 days a year.
We are passionate about what we do, we take quality and customer support seriously, and our culture places us as one of the more fun and exciting places to work.
Location.
Our office is in Toronto; specifically, the west end at 530 Kipling Avenue (QEW and Kipling). We have easy access to both the Kipling Subway station and the Lakeshore Line.
