Don Handapangoda is the Vice President of Edge Operations at Frontier Networks, with over 10 years of experience in NOC operations and telecom service delivery. He leads Frontier’s support and service assurance teams, driving operational efficiency and improved customer experience across voice and data networks. Don also serves as Product Owner for internal tooling and automation initiatives, collaborating across engineering, development, and executive teams to enhance monitoring capabilities, workflows, and customer portals. Marc Ackley is the Vice President of Core Technology at Frontier Networks, bringing over 31 years of telecommunications experience. He has contributed to the industry’s evolution from early Bulletin Board Systems through to modern networking infrastructure. For the past 17 years at Frontier, Marc has led network architecture, operations, and pre-sales design with overall responsibility for the company’s core infrastructure. He played a key role in building and scaling Frontier’s Network Operations Center into a reliable, customer-facing function supporting mission-critical services. Earlier in his career, he spent 10 years owning and operating an Internet Service Provider, giving him a blend of technical, operational, and business perspective.

Mimi Lai is a seasoned finance leader with extensive experience in financial reporting, treasury management, budgeting, internal controls, and full-cycle accounting across private and publicly traded companies. As Head of Finance at Frontier Networks, she leads corporate finance functions including FP&A, cash management, tax strategy, and regulatory compliance. Mimi has delivered operational improvements that streamlined systems, accelerated month-end close, and provided the financial insights behind pricing decisions, product development, and acquisition initiatives. She previously held senior roles at KOHO Financial, CanCap Group, and IMAX Corporation.
